Linksys (Cisco) E-Support Portal
A fully responsive e-support website designed and developed for Cisco’s product lines—Linksys, Valet, UMI, and Flip. This platform provides end users with access to the latest wireless product offerings along with comprehensive support content including downloads, setup guides, and troubleshooting assistance. Built using Fatwire CMS, the site is optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices, ensuring consistent performance and accessibility.
The clean, intuitive UI showcases featured product lines like the Linksys E-Series, while simplifying the support journey for both novice and advanced users.

Discovery & Research
- Conducted a competitive analysis of existing support platforms and benchmarked usability practices from leading tech brands.
- Collaborated with stakeholders and product teams to understand business goals, target user personas, and key support pain points.
- Reviewed customer feedback and analytics data to identify user needs and areas for improvement.
Wireframing & Visual Design
- Designed low- and mid-fidelity wireframes in Adobe Photoshop, laying out content blocks, navigational hierarchy, and support modules.
- Created visual mockups with consistent branding, typography, and iconography while maintaining a clean and modern aesthetic.
- Incorporated Cisco’s brand guidelines to ensure consistency across pages.
Prototyping & Iteration
- Converted wireframes into static HTML mockups using HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, and jQuery.
- Gathered feedback through internal walkthroughs and iterative design reviews with key stakeholders and developers.
- Refined interactions and layout based on usability input to ensure simplicity and accessibility.
Development & Integration
- Developed responsive front-end components and integrated them with Fatwire CMS.
